Jermaine McCray, RBLP-T, MS, serves as Leadership & Resilience Consultant at WellWoven Integrative Care. Drawing from more than 18 years of leadership experience across military operations, logistics management, organizational leadership, resilience training, and workforce development, Jermaine brings a mission-focused and people-centered approach to leadership, coaching, and consulting. His work is rooted in helping individuals, teams, and organizations build resilience, improve performance under pressure, and cultivate healthier, more effective organizational cultures.

As an active duty Army Officer, Jermaine has extensive experience leading diverse teams in high-stress and complex operational environments. He is passionate about leadership development, organizational health, mentorship, and equipping leaders, including military-connected individuals and their families, with practical strategies to navigate stress, transition, and change while maintaining mission readiness and team cohesion.

Jermaine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administration, a Master of Logistics Management, and a Master of Military Operational Studies. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Army Achievement Medal. He has also been recognized by the International Society of Logistics (SOLE) as a Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML).
