WellWoven® was born in the quiet ache of grief — a space of questions, loss, and pain that doesn't resolve quickly. From that unraveling emerged clarity, calling, and the conviction that even pain has a place in the bigger picture.

woven with care
our origin
Life rarely hands us perfect patterns. It gives us threads — some smooth, some frayed, some tangled, some radiant. Woven together with care, intention, and grace, they form something powerful. Not perfect, but purposeful.
our belief
Pain does not cancel out beauty. Brokenness does not disqualify wholeness.
our work
Whether through therapy, coaching, consulting, or research, our work is rooted in this belief: when you step back, you'll see something beautiful, something powerful — something WellWoven®.
our team
Our team brings deep clinical, leadership, and lived experience — including a heart for military-connected individuals, families, and the leaders who serve them.

No counselor, coach, or consultant is truly values-free. Everyone brings their beliefs and worldview into the room, so it matters to understand the values behind the support you're receiving. When we say "faith-informed," we don't mean religious in a traditional or institutional sense — we're not here to preach, convert, or impose. We do mean that every intervention is grounded in faith-informed values rooted in the Christian tradition, without compromising clinical excellence.
WellWoven is founded and led by Christians, and our values are shaped by our faith. We believe every person has inherent worth, dignity, and the capacity for growth and renewal. While we welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs, faith and spirituality can be incorporated into care when desired by the client.
We never turn anyone away based on their beliefs. This is a judgment-free space where your background, convictions, and self-determination are deeply respected. You choose how much, if any, faith-talk is included in your sessions.
Our commitment is to be both clinical and faith-informed — excellent, ethical care whether or not faith is a focus for you.
Trust begins with transparency, so you'll never have to wonder what's guiding us. You'll always know.
